Did you know when you save a segment in GivingDNA, it will automatically refresh with your data upload or integration? 

Building donor lists manually can be time-consuming — and often out of date as soon as they’re created. With GivingDNA, you don’t have to worry about that. Once you **save a segment**, it will automatically refresh every time your data is updated in the platform.

That means any list you create — whether it’s **lapse risk donors**, **prospects**, or a group of **major donors you manage** — will always reflect the most current information in your file. For example, if a new donor moves into your $1,000+ giving portfolio or an annual donor slips into lapse risk, they’ll be added to your saved segment automatically.

This automation ensures you’re always looking at the right donors, at the right time, without rebuilding filters or running new reports. It saves you time and helps you stay focused on what matters most: **personalizing outreach and building stronger relationships.**
