Did you know that insights in GivingDNA can be uploaded to your CRM too? The insights inside of GivingDNA can tell you more about your donors than you've ever known before. That said, we recognize that your CRM is the primary tool you use to manage your donors and enter activity, so you may want to have the most valuable information GivingDNA provides available there too.
While you can purchase appends through GivingDNA, there are ways to use the tool where the insights you care about are able to be segmented, exported and added to your CRM.
A few examples of what clients have done recently to help add to what they know about their donors in their CRM are:
- Exporting the Capacity Score and applying to donor records in their CRM
- Creating a contact code for planned giving prospects based on the Planned Giving Opportunity Alert in GivingDNA
