At GivingDNA, we’re excited to introduce the gift count filter. This tool lets you filter donors by the number of gifts they’ve made, helping you create tailored strategies to increase donor retention.
One impactful way to use this new filter is to help secure the second gift and increase the likelihood of a loyal donor. Identify new donors who made only one gift last year and reach out and secure a second gift. If a first-time donor makes an additional gift, they are significantly more likely to continue donating in the future, with studies showing around 63% of second-time donors giving again.
